Quality Assurance (QA) Person
Description:
- Responsible for manual testing execution.
- Tasks: Develop and Execute manual tests: functionality, sanity and regression. Design test procedures for new or changed functionality. Defects reproduction.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in computers or software development related field.
- Professional Experience: Manual testing, Automation testing – an advantage
- Professional knowledge: Proven experience with manual test execution in conjunction with test procedures writing. Experience with functional, UI, acceptance and performance testing. English communication and technical writing skills.
- Technical capabilities: Networking, Operating systems, Web experience, SQL, SIP and Telephony knowledge, Hammer, VSTS 2008.
- Skills: Independent worker, Fast learner, Team player, Efficient and organized, Able to communicate clearly, Capable of seeing the whole picture
- Languages: English writing, reading and speaking, Additional language an advantage.
- Hours: Intensive working hours, 5 days a week.
Human Resources Manager
Description:
- Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
- Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
- Directs welfare activities for employees .
- Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
- Performs initially screening of candidates applications.
- Serves as HR interviewer.
- Leads HR policies within the company.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience (preferably in an international company) .
- HR experience in a Hi-Tec company
- Mother-tongue level English
